
Ingredients
- 1 large rutabaga shredded [2+cups]
- 1/4 cup onions chopped
- 1/2 cup red peppers chopped
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Heat skillet to Medium/High heat, melt ghee
- Add Rutabaga, peppers and onions cooking until fork tender
- Season with salt & pepper
- Fry eggs to your liking and add on top of hash
