  • Instapot Or Crockpot [Will take more time.]


  • 1+ lb Organic Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Stock
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes


  • Rinse chicken and remove any excess fat and place in instapot
  • Mince garlic clove and add to chicken
  • Add remaining ingredients to pot
  • Cook on high pressure for 9 minutes. Quick release and place chicken in cake pan.
  • Shred chicken using 2 forks and enjoy
