Ingredients

  • 3 Egg whites
  • 1 tbsp Cold Water
  • 2-3 slices sweet potato [already cooked] left over
  • 1 tbsp Cottage Cheese
  • 1 sprinkle Cinnoman

Instructions

  • Heat small skillet to Med/High
  • Whisk eggwhites and water pour in skillet. Swirl/tilt skilett to spread egg
  • Once egg is set, add sweet potato, cottage cheese and cinnoman
  • Flip one side over and let sit 1 min. Flip and cook 1 more minute on other side.
