P’s Sausage Egg Cups

Ingredients
- 1 Dozen Egg Whites
- 6 Clean Sausage Patties Crumbled [Left over from Sunday]
- 1 Roma Tomato Make 6 Slices
- 3 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350
- Whisk egg whites & nutritional yeast
- Crumble cooked sausage patties
- Spray muffin tin and divide crumbled sausage in each slot
- Poor egg white mixture evenly over sausage and top with tomato slice
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through
