  • 1 Dozen Egg Whites
  • 6 Clean Sausage Patties Crumbled [Left over from Sunday]
  • 1 Roma Tomato Make 6 Slices
  • 3 tbsp Nutritional Yeast


  • Heat oven to 350
  • Whisk egg whites & nutritional yeast
  • Crumble cooked sausage patties
  • Spray muffin tin and divide crumbled sausage in each slot
  • Poor egg white mixture evenly over sausage and top with tomato slice
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through
