  • 6 oz Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Mrs. Dash Flavor of your choice
  • dash Garlic Powder [optional]
  • dash Onion Powder [optional]


  • Mix ingredients together and refrigerate.


You can make this in bulk.  It will last upto 2 weeks.  Stir before each use. 
To make a thicker dip, strain the greek yogurt overnight to make yogurt cheese. [Like cream cheese].   Drain the water and place back in container.
