Ingredients

  • 6 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Plant perfect vegan mayo
  • 1 tsp Salt More to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 4-8 leaves Romaine

Instructions

  • Hard boil 6 eggs – Put eggs in a large pot and cover with water. Let come to a boil and time 8 minutes.
