- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1 cup cold water
- 3 tbsp miso paste
- 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp pickled jalapeno Optional for spicier dishes!
- Add all ingredients to blender and puree. I use single serve blender cup.
- If you'd like a thicker sauce, heat in small saucepan. Stirring constantly for about 2-3 minutes.
