Baked Cod

Equipment
- Air Fryer
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs Wild Cod
- 1 Lemon
- 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- Rinse Cod and place on rack
- Zest lemon in a small bowl and add olive oil and seasoning. Mix and drizzle on fish
- Thinly slice lemon and place on top of fish
- Bake on 400° for 10-15 minutes.
Notes
If you don’t have an airfryer, you can bake this in the oven. Baking time will be more like 20-30 minutes. I prefer the Chefman Airfryer.
