- 2 cloves Garlic Chopped
- 1/2 cup Slivered Almonds
- 1/2 tsp Ghee
- 1 pound Fresh Green Beans Ends trimmed
- Sea Salt & Pepper To taste
- Melt ghee in large skillet over medium-high heat
- Add garlic and stir, once pan is coated add almonds and brown stirring frequently. about 2 minutes.
- Add green beans to skillet and well with almonds. Sprinkle with salt & pepper, cover and cook another 3-5 minutes on medium heat. Remove from heat.
